I'm going away tomorrow morning to spend a much-anticipated long weekend in Wales with my philosophy-feminist friends from university. I've put off packing until the last minute. Have sick feeling in stomach. Think it might be because I don't want to leave himself for four days, I want to hibernate and cling. As that's a bit pathetic I shall pretend it's really fear of flying and go and put the damn clothes in the damn suitcase. Now.

[Edited: Packed now. Including the things I forgot, like the Welsh dictionary. Yeah, I know they all speak English - but four of us all learned Welsh as the compulsory non-philosophy option, and it might be interesting to see if we remember anything except siocled and sosej.]

Hope that you are having lots of fun - sounds like you will be if it's old friends, philosophy and feminism, preferably with a splash of wine or two!
