*sigh* Remind me to tell you about the "cable modem conversation" I had with NTL a while back. If it helps, I think you're one of the most qualified people I know of to deal with NTL customer service *spit*.

In my experience you occasionally get "we are looking into this" emails..but nothing actually gets done if you emai lthem...I'm assuming I ranted to you about the time I speant over 24 hours on the phone to NTL over a 2 week period?
