I've just found a copy of Radiohead's first CD EP ("Drill") whilst having a tidy up. It must have been acquired from my time in Manchester, sharing an office with a radio promotions business. There's a typed label on the back which reads:

"RD 5. 5. guitar popsters from Oxford, 1st EP released through Parlophone. LP in the Autumn. Currently on a 19 date UK tour 13.5 Powerhaus, 19.5 Central London Poly & 23.5 Middx Poly."

I'm wondering whether to sell it on eBay. There's one there already for about £70 - but it's a newbie Russian user so I'm (perhaps unreasonably) suspicious.

You could always contact the fan club for a valuation? They might have some idea and provide you with a good forum for a sale.

If you do get a valuation, please could you let me know before you eBay it - there is a very good chance that I would buy it from you, as long as you were happy to sell it to me...

The usenet FAQ - 2004 - reckons £275, a couple of rare records dealers have it for over £1,000, and two recent UK auctions went for around £100. Methinks the credit crunch is hitting!

I have no particular reason to hang onto it... let me know (txt?) if you're interested. No hurry. :-)
