It's taken me until 2am to figure out what's wrong - why I don't like it. I asked for a 20s bob - and that's one length; the curve of the bob is caused by the hair curling under at the bottom. With this cut the curve is graduated, with layers in, so the shape isn't soft enough and specifically, there's not enough movement in it.
Unfortunately, in order to get the right shape, the outer hair has to grow back another two inches. Either that or it goes much shorter.
