Oddly enough I DO know how you feel. You're ever so slightly separated from yourself, but unlike an OOB exprience, it's only by a couple of inches. Enough to hear yourself in a very strange way and look at others as though you've never seen them before whilst knowing all about them. Weird, as you say.
