Outlook

I hate Microsoft Outlook. The dropdown in the calendar, the one that enables you to switch between different views, has of this morning mysteriously depopulated. The only way to get the views is to click the 'Organize' button, then select the view that way. Aaagghh.

Also I can't work out how to set up a group calendar, or even if such a thing is possible. In Lotus Notes, with a few clicks, you can construct an overview of your team's individual calendars so at a glance you can see when everyone is free. The nearest thing I've found in Outlook so far is to open teammates' calendars, one at a time. If anyone can tell me how to achieve calendar sharing nirvana please do so? :-(
