Charity across international boundaries

westernindWould anyone know how to get a small US charity (it's a "registered 501c.3 non-profit organization") also registered as a UK charity? The reason for doing it is to be able to effectively fundraise in the UK.
I want to find out how hard it would be before I offer to set it up.
