I love tiddyhoggies but MAN they are a walking ecoparasite hotel...
Make sure your garden is hedgepig proof if you want it to stay. They are buggers for escaping from things. I brought an amputee on home once. I saw it for 10 minutes, then it disappeared, never to be seen again. It may come back of course, but worth plugging obvious gaps in fencing.
